Ice climbing is a little like rock climbing. The difference is that here, you can choose the place of your "hands" by sticking your tools in the ice, and by putting your feet where you want.

You will beginn on a natural waterfall which is plenty full of ice as soon as the cold is there. It is easy to reach it by skiing or walking and it is a nice spot to have a first half day.











Here, with top ropes, you will climb in all safety for learning, practicing and allthemore, feeling this activity. As high mountain guide, we lend you the tehcnical ice axes, crampons, harness and helmet. You just have to rent some crampons (in all mountain shops).

The second level will permit you to start on higher and harder multipitches ice waterfalls like in the Vanoise (Pesey or Val d'Isère).

And if the dry tooling is your passion, the artificial structure of Champagny la Vanoise which be a wonderful place for practicing it!

The only imperious is to wear warm clothes, because the Cold which is the architect of this temporary structures is sometime hard!
