This ritual is also a powerful tool for recovering and well-being : by listening to my body I can answer to its needs and bring them to it by this rituals. Here, no needs of mentor or master : it's my own inside intelligence, independant of the mental who knows and answers to these needs. By this ritual, I can live a true meeting with this forgotten part of what I am.










How is living this Chi?
It's a meditation in the movement : I creat a global relaxing in all my body, with concentration and beathing. Listenning to it, I follow movements that I feel in it. I don't do this movements because I suppose they will be good for me. The start is the body and not the mind. The movements which are created are called involuntary. And this action of the perfect movement for me brings step by step a weel being by a better energy circulation in me.

The Chi doesn't resolve all the pains but a regulary use of it will make you feel better whaterver your problems are. In my case, the Chi has been a wonderful medecine, for exemple, to recover a strong backpain.

When you will follow this teaching, you will receive a Cd - guide which is offered. With it, you will be able to live the Chi alone, in a total self-sufficient according to your time, wishes.
