WALK IN AWARNESS SIMPLY DIMENSIONS
What is walking in awarness?in my opinion, it's a so easy and so wonderful mean for going back to simply dimensions which are handed down for centuries in all cultures, traditions. Walking, it's move forward. Walking in awarness, it's beine present at what I am doing, completly here whith what I am living now. No target, top, summit or hut; each path IS the aim.

This ritual is also a powerful tool for recovering and well-being : by listening to my body I can answer to its needs and, by this rituals bring them to it . Here, no needs of mentor or master : it's my own inside intelligence, independant of the mental, who knows and answers to these needs. .

By this ritual, I can live a true meeting with this forgotten part of what I am.










What does concious walking represent? To my mind it is a marvellous way to discover again a lot of the simple dimensions of life which have been transmitted to us for milleniums in all cultures and traditions.
Walking is going forward. Consciously walking is thinking of what I am doing, of what I am living at the moment. It is being totally present in the present time. No purpose to aim at, no summit no peak nor refuge, each step being the purpose itself.

That walking ritual is also a wondeful "tool" for recovery or greater welfare : listening to one's own body, to its feelings, I can answer its needs and bring it what it asks me by the practice of that ritual. No need of master or teacher regardless of the mind, it is my own "inside master" which knows and answers its so expressed needs. So, I am able to meet and live that so often unknown part of myself

Why am I in such a hurry?
Why do I like to do things fastly?
How do I walk in my life?
What sense do I use when I am in a forest, in the middle of the field, et te seaside?
As many questions and so many others that you don't ask yourself when wlaking but that you live, which can spring from my inner ego where I had hidden them so weel!

In the Shaman's people culture - being narrowly linked with the knowledge of the Ancient and the Earth - everything takes place through the body. My body is my home, it implies the most marvellous part of myself that I am sometimes unaware of.
Thanks to that body I am, I do exist and in the meanwhile I feel with all my senses. What could be better? Well, walking greatly help those feelings. It is the oldest way of moving in total harmony with simplicity. It makes you feel rather than understand. Here, there's no need to know where to arrival is, where the path goes through, we just have to listen deepfully to ourselfs.
To listen to our body and accompany its movements : it sometimes creates unexpected reunions if I've forgotten it for some time.

Walking contributes to breathing - the key of life - and allows an oxygenation oy our whole body, including the brain which is then fed, works better and gives you clear and quick ideas.

Walking leads you to discover our environnement, to behold the generous beauty everywhere on the Earth and to feel fullfilled by that generosity, taht grace. So much energy that I can offer me for my greater welfare.

It enable attention and so the consciousness of what I do. I walk, I breath, I softly and lightly touch the ground. A way of being that, when I am back in my daily life, I can copy out any action I have to do. It is in a training to rediscover my values, my merits, to find myself back.

Who can practice?
Anybody who wants to offer a few hours' effort.
In a day, wlaking itself never exceeds 4 hours. A lot of time is devoted to introspection, contemplation, meditation and exchange between, the members of the group.

The difference in height between slopes is never over 600 meters.It is always stated in the programme. The routes are either medium or high mountain, according to the chosen theme.

In any case, security is never neglected and everybody is respected and accompanied according to their apprehensions. So, the door is wide open for those who are physically in good shape and who have no medical contraindication.
